8 points to spend Garbrandt Max Toughness Max Conditioning Hunt Max Toughness Max Conditioning Cody - 3 used, both maxed Hunt - 5 used (went to toughness, whcih is now maxed) 8 spent has asked that this upgrade be refunded. Because of a bunch of extenuating circumstances, and because these upgrades were processed but neither fighter has fought, I'm allowing it IN THIS VERY, VERY SPECIFIC CASE. Reasons:- Neither fighter fought with these points - This upgrade was done prior to Chosen Ones being selected onto an SS team - No other teams upgrades were completed in the time frame this was processed. Just this one upgrade. - This was a quickly-processed processing on my part because Rocketmen had just updated the main page, and I wanted to stay caught up. If a usual upgrade schedule was followed, I'm positive I would not have processed any upgrades until after the SS teams were determined (as demonstrated by my next processing, like 10 days afterwards). - when I saw the upgrades, I remember thinking, "Damn, guess this is a fella who assumes he won't get picked in the SS". - But mostly - Chosen Ones actually upgrades! I never want to do anything to discourage people from spending their points or fearing they will fuck something up, etc. Similarly, I don't want people to feel punished based on things they cannot control (like WHEN I happen to process their upgrades). I want to reiterate this is NOT a precedent, and any refund case is looked at STRICTLY on a case-by-case basis. Like, especially if your fighter has fought, you will for sure not be allowed to refund points. |
