Today Charles Oliveira stepped out on stage for an impromptu press conference and proved that it wasn't all his translator in previous communications.
"Benson Henderson? Who's he? Not God, that's for sure" said Oliveira. "Apparently I can't fight God, and I'm scheduled against Mr. Almost-Rhymes, so he can't be God".
After a deep breath and some obviously painful thinking, Oliveira leaned in and continued.
"Since he's not God, I can beat him. I will beat him. It is my job to beat him. That is what I plan to do. Everybody tune in and see this matchup - you'll be able to start popcorn in your microwave and go back and get before it burns. That's how fast I'll beat him."
After this final comment, reporters began filing out of the room to the backdrop of Oliveira rambling about popcorn and what it means to God.
