It has recently come to our attention that many fans, fighters, and managers have been displeased with how quickly referees have been standing up grounded fighters, especially when wrestlers are doing work and controlling position effectively.
As such, after a series of meetings with commissioning bodies worldwide, we are pleased to announce that the Global Commission has had a meeting with all referees overseeing ManMMA events, and instructed them to be more patient with stand-ups. We hope and expect to see these changes on ManMMA 54, and moving forward.
We look forward to the new opportunities this gives for our wrestlers and submission fighters to continue to showcase their talents and skills.
