That was an actual a fight that went 5 rounds though, not called in :40 by an incompetent ref & a quack doctor after one punch when Rory was clearly the aggressor & in control of the fight early. Plus, Figaro got his second chance and got a decision win in the second one. The rubber match between those two is going to be crazy. Between those two, I don't think either one can finish the other in 5 rounds. It's going to have to be a title fight & 10 rounds to see a finish between Cruz & Figaro. we decline He can get to the back the line like the rest of your cheap, chump-ass fighters.

Oh well, both were on crack Maybe. The con of written simulations is I can't see the eye to judge. I just assume our doctors are competent. Seems statistically unlikely our refs, judges, AND doctors could all be incompetent, doesn't it? Actually no where in that fight write up did it mention doctors were present. Ref made the decision to end the fight not the doctor. Refs have been proven to be incompetent before. They proved it again in this fight. Rematch should be immediately ordered

This said, the image indicating level of damage received by a fighter shows Rory's head as deep red, so they think it was pretty serious. I agree with the program. We should just cut Penn and Rory from the league for being so god damned boring.

Rematch should be immediately ordered The biggest issue with a rematch is it breaks a literal real-life decade of precedent. If we rematch this, everyone who loses a fight via cut will want a rematch. Everyone who loses in under a minute will want a rematch. Everyone who gets flash KOed will want a rematch. And when we have champs like JJ and Penn who are so dominant, those finishes happen ALL THE TIME. So all of my time will be spent rematching title fights. Where would we draw the line? (Real question, everyone please answer below)

I understand the precedent, but if this happened in real life, you just know the fight would have a rematch. Especially when despite only doing 8 damage the write up made it seem like Rory was in control. I know the write up is typically on meth, but that's all anyone has to go off of, and personally I enjoy reading and imagining how the fight is taking place.

The 8 damage is laughable from Rory, but let's not act like 286 is anything special either. Isn't it usually a couple thousand for most KOes?

When you fools are up in here talking like Rory almost finished BJ, the whole conversation is laughable. Especially when the same argument in the same breath is how unreliable the commentary is.

If I said Rory almost finished BJ, then fuck that idiot. I say that without knowing if I said Rory finished BJ or not. I just hope past me wasn't that fucking stupid.

(Real question, everyone please answer below) Only in strange circumstances like this one is, should a rematch be awarded. This wasn't an outright flash KO or anything... It was a ref stoppage after one punch landed, it's not like we were deep into the fight, let alone the first round. If it'd been a legit finish, or later in the fight, it wouldn't be an issue.
