Who should be our season 3 Survivor Series Captains?

I have excluded people who have been captains in the past in an effort to give everyone a shot at the experience if they want it. If you are included here and you DO NOT want to be a Survivor Series Captain, please let us know below. I won't be able to remove you from the poll, but we can select someone other than you if you win.

We've been cutting previous captains out of the captain poll. Should we keep doing this going moving forward to keep allowing new teams to be captain, or revert to including everyone, opening the door to people being captains a second time this era before some have been captain once? Similarly, are there people who want to be a captain who have never been a captain?
