im annoyed that ps5 pro is announced so close after ps5 release... im not going to get a ps5 pro.... cause i already have a ps5. anybody else got any thoughts on this.

I also haven't seen anything about this. Seems like a dumb thing for Sony to do, the pro versions of the last gen was a stop gap to compensate for consoles not being strong enough from the get go.

Yeah, it seems like a great way to undermine people's confidence in buying your product on Day 1 if you release a Pro that soon after. Jeez. And like, what hardware is there to upgrade in it at this point? Upgrading the hard drive capacity makes some sense, but that was never a "Pro" thing. Usually a "Slim" thing. And even that usually took a couple years in the past, no?

I did some research and it doesn’t look like this is confirmed that it’s even happening. It’s a lot of speculation because one existed for the PS4. So people assume that there may be at some point a PS five and are discussing what exactly the differences could be should one exist

The speculation was from what I saw dual GPU's. A pro could happen, it just seems unlikely to be a thing for a couple years at least. |
