I'm not usually one for these, "This is why things are slow" updates, but I really appreciate the efficiency and fluidity everyone showed getting through the draft, so I feel like I owe you SOMETHING.
Things will feel like they slow down a bit for the next few days, because 180 fighters take longer to create (then add 5 points to) than I anticipated. To do ManMMA 1, I created everyone on that card first, as a starting point, then simmed that. I had hoped to keep doing that to keep things moving, but it's way more efficient (and accurate) to create an entire weightclass at a time, before moving onto the next.
The card for ManMMA 2 is prepared, but once it was done I realized I didn't have the banner prepared, so I was not quite ready for posting. But ManMMA 2 should be posted Wednesday evening/night. After that is where I expect a short, few-day slow down while I probably finish processing the rest of the fighters.
All except 1 of you have sent in all of your 5 point upgrades - thank you for not making me hunt you down or pester you (unless you are that 1 guy - you know who you are. Get your 5 points in fella!).
Anyways, thats about it for now. Lots of behind the scenes prep work and a few on-site things to finish up with, then we will be in full swing. Though creation will take time, I definitely expect to be fully in the swing of things by Monday at the latest.
