Who should be our season 2 Survivor Series Captains?

I have excluded people who have been captains in the past in an effort to give everyone a shot at the experience if they want it. If you are included here and you DO NOT want to be a Survivor Series Captain, please let us know below. I won't be able to remove you from the poll, but we can select someone other than you if you win
