1) When a fighter is drafted, they come into the league with an overall based loosely on their accomplishments during their primes in MMA. Currently available fighters (and their overalls) can be found here.
2) Every fighter can receive 70 points of upgrades. Once 70 points have been added to a fighter, they are capped.
3) Capped fighters can still be worked on, but points will have to be removed from them to be distributed elsewhere. We'll have more details about this process when it becomes relevant, as fighters become capped.
Also, you will notice female fighters have lower ratings than male fighters. This isn't a "women are less skilled" thing, this is that we have learned through site 1 that when women are rated lower, they fight more like real-life women. More technical, more decisions, better female fights. The ratings on this site are an attempt to replace that style.
